WeBuyAPI exists to close that gap, carefully. We review the details sellers submit and introduce them to buyers whose requirements fit. That is the entire product.

What we are not

We are not a self-serve marketplace. There is no checkout, no shopping cart, no escrow account and no matching algorithm. We do not take custody of credits, we do not hold anyone's money, and we are not a party to the transactions we introduce.

We are also not a guarantee. Most providers restrict the transfer or resale of promotional credits in their terms of service, and some prohibit it outright. Nobody including us, can promise you that a given transfer will be permitted or will stick. Part of our review is telling you when we think it won't.

How we make money

Listing is free for sellers and buyer inquiries are free. When an introduction turns into a completed transaction, we agree a success fee with the parties in advance and in writing. There are no subscriptions, no listing fees and no charges you haven't explicitly agreed to first. If we ever change that model, it will be on this page before it is anywhere else.

Who's behind it

WeBuyAPI is run by Vibhu. Every submission that comes through this site is read by a person, currently, that person is me. That is slower than an automated platform and it is the whole point: the failure mode of this market is trust, not throughput.

The business behind WeBuyAPI has traded more than $20 million in credits, served over 200 customers and delivered more than $10 million in savings, with a 90% repeat-customer rate. These are business-wide figures reported by the operator, including transactions arranged outside this website.
