OpenAI’s Service Credit Terms prohibit transfers and sales of service credits. A claimed balance or working API key does not establish permission. Ask for the applicable agreement and any explicit provider approval before considering an arrangement.
List the models, requests per minute and tokens per minute your application needs. Ask for evidence of access and limits for the specific organisation being proposed. A larger balance does not answer those questions.
State that your inquiry is for API workloads. A consumer subscription and an API billing balance are different purchases; the offer must specify exactly which service it covers.
Request dated evidence of the remaining balance and expiry, identify who controls billing and access, and agree how usage is measured. Do not send a secret API key through our inquiry form.
